Christmas Trees Outdoors

Hi,

I love seeing trees decorated and lit up outside during the Christmas season.  I live in an urban area and I don't have a front lawn so I won't be decorating any trees outdoors myself.

These photos make wonderful laptop screen backgrounds so help yourself.  It is not as if I took the photos myself anyway.

It's Christmas Time YAY!!!

Finally we are all done with Thanksgiving for this year and we can focus on my favorite Holiday...Christmas.  It has not started snowing yet here in my part of the country and I am not complaining.  I love the snow, but as a home owner I do not like having to shovel it.  Snow looks very pretty though when it first falls from the sky.  I started Christmas decorating over the weekend and I will take photos when it is all done and post them.I bought a real tree over the weekend and it is up, but not yet decorated.  I spent the weekend mostly reading a book which I enjoyed.

I love coloful and old fashioned Christmas ornaments.

I light candles all year round but at Christmas time I like to have bunches of candles burning in various areas around my home.

A Simple Thought Merry Christmas

Nativity set made in Uganda.

I love finding Christmas decoration inspiration from other bloggers.  This one is from Simple Thoughts.  Paige Knudsen is the owner of Simple Thoughts blog and her home is so beautiful that I kept looking at her photos repeatedly.

I love the idea of putting Christmas greenery inside Christmas stockings.

A well decorated mantle is allways the focal poingt of any room.

This looks so cozy.

I love the sofa.

I never used to like brush cones, but now I really like them.

If you have a large spacious home you can actually put up more than one Christmas tree and the results are spectacular as you can see in Paige Knudsen's beautiful home.  Sometimes I put up two Christmas trees because I have a big house.  This year besides the main one in the front parlor room I am putting one in my kitchen and one in my upstairs window bay room.
