Happy Seventh Golden Age everyone! I bet of all you who thought the world was ending yesterday are disappointed...LOL That is not what the ending of the Mayan calendar meant and thank God for that. I thought it a great idea to make my first blog post of the Seventh Golden Age about Black Angel Folk Art. I hope that you enjoy these images as much as I do.

One of the things that I absolutely love about looking at other people's blogs is the huge amount of inspiration that I get from them. Just this morning I came upon a blog named Crafts By Amanda and saw this painting of a white cherry blossom tree that she made for her daughter. First of all, I love cherry blossom trees. I have two pink cherry blossom trees in front of my house. I am always drawn to photos and paintings of these beautiful trees.

I have been writing in journals since I was 13 years old, but I just recently started art journaling and I absolutely love it.
