I was shopping in my local Food Coop this afternoon when the man behind the counter asked if I would like to try a sample of French triple creme cheese. Since I love to eat I said yes. The man gave me a generous helping of Saint Angel triple creme on a cracker. It is absolutely delicious! It is super creamy with an almost buttery flavor. I highly recommend this French cheese. Of course I had to purchase some.
