I have been enjoying the videos by The Local Rose. This video on making homemade pizza is fabulous. If you are vegan just add what ever it is you prefer on the dough. I had no idea that you are supposed to preheat the pizza stone first. I had a pizza stone many years ago and when I tried making home made pizza it was horrible. I through the stone out. Now I have to get a another one.

We almost always use store-bought dough for convenience but the times we made it ourselves it was yummy. This is a great video.
